Returns Policy

At legends & Myths, we are proud of our products and want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, you have 14 days from the date you received the item(s) to let us know but please let us know within 3 days of receipt if possible. 

Within 14 days from the receipt of your order, send an email to office@legendsandmyths.co.uk and let us know your reason for return and confirm your order number. We will let you have a Returns Form which will have instructions on how to return your order.

Once you have contacted us, you must let us have the item (s) back within 14 days from that date. 

The item(s) must not be damaged in any way, be in original condition and repacked in the original packaging and returned to us, together with a completed Returns Form, to arrive within 14 days from the date that you first notified us. 

Refunds do not include any delivery or postage charges and you must keep proof of postage for any item returned as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods that are lost in transit without suitable proof of posting. No refund will be made for any item(s) that are personalised.

When the item(s) have been received by us, we will review your request to replace or refund your order. Any refund approved will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

Our normal terms & conditions apply, and we aim to process refunds within 10 working days.
