How to open an account

If you want to create an account, there is a list of links at the bottom of every page, including a My Account link where you can register or log in to your account. When you make your first purchase, we automatically create a customer account for your email address. You can log into your account at any time through your personal Sign-In link sent to your inbox. You no longer have to remember yet another username and password. Customer accounts allow you to checkout faster, see order history with current payment and fulfilment statuses, see the list of your favourite products, get access to any special member discounts, and view invoices.

How do I place an order?

Visit our shop page, select the product you want to order and choose any options available. Follow instructions to our shopping cart, select your payment method and when you have paid for your product , you will receive an order confirmation email with further details.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Free UK delivery is available on purchases over £30. We may offer other discounts or promotions from time to time, details of which will be displayed on our website or sent to you by email if you have signed up for our newsletter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for secure transactions and accept most major debit & credit cards. Your card details and personal information is secure when using our website.

Is my personal information secure?

We use industry standard encryption to protect your personal information and card details and do not store your card information on our website. We adhere to strict privacy policies and regularly review and update our security practices.

What United Kingdom shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal services.  Expected delivery time is shown in the shopping cart. 

• Free Delivery (Order value more than £30.00 ). 
• Standard Delivery £3.99 (Order value less than £30.00 ).

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Only telegrams are sent to both UK and international addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Timeframes are displayed during the order process and depend on the product ordered, we aim to deliver to addresses in the UK in approximately 2-3 days.

How can I track my order?

If your order is sent by Royal Mail tracked service, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with a delivery schedule and a link to track your order status. It is not possible to track telegrams sent by first class post.

What should I do if I encounter an issue with my order?

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy for any reason, you have 14 days to let us know but please let us know within 3 days of receipt if possible. Once you have contacted us, you must let us have the item (s) back within 14 days from that date. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
