Orders are shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom, except BFPO, by Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal services.  

Delivery aim: 1-3 working days

Telegram delivery (and selected products) is free of charge, sent by Royal Mail first class post. The order value of these items count toward the £30+ free delivery on other products.

Delivery aim: 1-2 working days

If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive more than one delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We do not ship to addresses outside the UK except for international telegrams which are sent by Royal Mail International Standard airmail:

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 days

Rest of World delivery aim: 6-7 days

ORDERS

Our aim is to dispatch orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday to Friday) the same day. Orders placed after 2.00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the next working day. There is no delivery or dispatch on Sundays, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays. We will let you know when your order is on its way.
